Schinkenwurst (Ham Sausage)
A German luncheon cold cut, similar to bologna, that consists of pork, veal, and large chunks of lean ham.
Schinkenwurst is fully cooked and ready to eat. Traditionally, you would find this sausage served cold on a sandwich or an appetizer tray.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks, if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use within 7 days. Because Schinkenwurst is a leaner sausage, it is best enjoyed fresh. Freezing can greatly affect the texture, and we do not recommend storing it this way
