PERISHABLE ORDERS ONLY SHIP ON MONDAY’S DUE TO THE PERISHABLE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS
Second Day Air or
Next Day Air from Monday through Wednesday
All other items ship out on the same day of order or at time of availability for backorders.
Email addresses are shared with UPS and USPS as a convenience to allow the customer to track their shipments. Agreeing to our shipping policy also means that you agree to share your email address with UPS and USPS to obtain tracking information and updates.
Availability:
Please understand, due to a tremendous demand we may occasionally be out of a particular product. If this is the case, we will deduct the cost of the item from your bill or we may substitute it for a similar product.
In the event a customer supplies an incorrect address, an extra charge will be applied to their credit card due to a UPS or USPS charge for correcting the address.
Unexpected weather conditions, or other “Acts of God” can account for unanticipated delays, lost or mishandled packages.
In the event of a lost package, ALL items on your order will be replaced; however, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on the replacement order – unless the customer selected the insurance option at the time the original order was placed.
Customs Duty
The customer is responsible for customs duties if and when they get charged.
