Preparation:
1. Stir the package contents with a whisk in 750 ml of cold water and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
2. Form 12 dumplings with moistened hands.
3. Put the dumplings in plenty of boiling, salted water and let them boil briefly. Then let it steep for 20 minutes over low heat (but don't cook anymore!).
Content is sufficient for 12 dumplings.
Store cool and dry.
